Analytics Director
In my role, I led a team of web analysts and SAS programmers who provided analytics across the organization. One focus was profiling, data mining, and segmenting the customer base to understand customers, and create actionable/targetable segments (base SAS and SAS STAT). Another focus was creating and then maintaining a testing culture in which we maintained/prioritized a testing roadmap and continuously ran A/B, and multivariate tests to let customer behavior determine website improvements.
